TempusLibri is intended for users aged 18 and over, and users aged 13–17 with parental or legal guardian supervision.

Children under 13 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

Payments and donations are processed exclusively by Stripe.

TempusLibri never accesses or stores full payment card details.

Cosmetic purchases and donations are generally non-refundable, with exceptions reviewed case-by-case.

Users may delete their account at any time.

After deletion, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery or data export.

After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted unless legally required otherwise.
